Movement, Embodiment & Somatics

Suitable for all bodies and ages.

This is a follow on from the workshop where we’ll dive a bit deeper into embodiment and discuss pleasure and sensuality as a way to connect more deeply with yourself and with life. Suitable for all, whether or not you’ve come to earlier previous embodiment workshop. You’ll come away with some practical tools and a refreshed and empowered attitude towards pleasure in your daily life!

A More Mindful Approach to Healthy Eating
This 90 minute workshop will be your ticket to unravel the chaos our hectic lives have wreaked on our physical and mental wellbeing. Charlotte will blend nutritional therapy, breath work, and mindfulness exercises – alongside some health coaching – to provide you with the knowledge and strategies you need to achieve a healthier and more joyful life. Unlock a fresh perspective on eating more mindfully, embracing all foods without any guilt or labelling them as forbidden!

Add on – 1-2-1 Nutritional Workshop (45mins)
Level up your health with a 45 minute one to one nutritional therapy consultation with Charlotte. Delve into your dietary and lifestyle habits, and receive personalised nutrition advice aligned with your health objectives.

SARAH COLLINS

VITATM Sex, Love & Relationships Coach
Yoga & Pranayama

Sarah has been practising yoga for over half her life and has been teaching for nine years, both in Scotland and internationally. A life-long student of embodied movement and healing modalities, Sarah brings her varied studies in yoga, tantra and somatic-based practices into the classes, workshops, women’s circles and 1:1 sessions that she offers. Sarah creates spaces to be fully present, to feel deeply and to bring a sense of playfulness and curiosity to our minds, emotions and physical bodies.
Sarah coaches with a somatic (body-based) approach, to support sustainable transformation at the physiological, emotional, and nervous system levels.  She specialises in supporting women to reclaim the power and pleasure of their bodies as well as helping couples to deepen their intimacy.

CHARLOTTE KIRKBRIDE

Charlotte is a nutritional therapist, with a passion for improving wellbeing through realistic diet and lifestyle changes. Her approach has always been about adding in delicious and nutritious food, rather than depriving yourself of the foods that make you happy. Her favourite quote is that healthy eating should be 90% for your body, and 10% for your soul. She advocates that if chocolate cake makes your heart sing, then have a slice, and don’t feel any guilt over it! There are no wagons you can fall off on her plans, as it’s really all about balance. She flies the flag for breaking free from restrictive faddy diets, and will help you rediscover your love for good food, and develop a deeper appreciation of your body in all its glory.
‘I will forever be grateful to Charlotte for teaching me to see food in a positive way. Understanding that good food is a pleasurable way to make myself healthy, rather than forever worrying about what I shouldn’t eat.’ Cathy – Fochabers

JOANNE BECHARD

Jo Bechard, a seasoned practitioner of sound healing for over five years, embarked on her holistic therapy journey as a Swedish Massage Therapist in the early 2000s. Evolving her expertise, she became a Reiki Master in 2014. Specialising in quartz crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes and other healing instruments, Jo orchestrates enchanting sounds to induce deep relaxation and meditative healing. Her sessions offer a sanctuary for inner harmony, guiding individuals to unlock their innate healing potential. Jo’s dedication and passion make her a guiding light in the realm of alternative therapy, offering solace and transformation to those seeking balance and serenity.

MORGAN BRUCE

A personal trainer for more than eight years, my life took a delightful turn when I decided to slow down my own training and focus on yoga, a short time later this new found love guided me through my pregnancy and entrance to motherhood. It was like finding a hidden treasure chest of sanity amidst the chaos! I now wish to share this treasure with everyone who is open to experiencing the many benefits of yoga. As a yoga teacher, I’m all about blending breathwork and movement in a way that’s relaxed, yet rejuvenating. In a way we can explore our own strength whether that be internally or externally. Come join me on the mat at the beautiful Hotel 1881 for a journey of self love & mindful movement. Let’s flow together and find our calm , one breath at a time.
