Ensuring the safety of our guests at the Dowans Hotel

As it always has been, our commitment to the safety and well-being of our guests and staff remains of paramount importance. We are doing everything that we currently can in order to ensure that we are working with the best up to date guidance and information with relation to the on-going situation concerning Covid-19.
In order to ensure that we are constantly and consistently providing the best environment for our guests, our staff and the local community, we would like to assure all of our guests of the following:
* We are, and will continue to be, keeping abreast of any and all updates about best working practice laid out by all of the relevant authorities, including the WHO;
* We will ensure, as is our standard at all times, that our hygiene protocols are at the highest level.
* We will implement amended operational procedures in line with Covid-19 guidelines at all times.
* We will continue to provide the very best of customer care and experience that we are able to under these unprecedented conditions.
Some of our services have been adapted to accommodate the requirements placed on us by the Government in the current situation; as such, we are only offering our a la carte menu. Sadly, we have also had to adapt how these services are being provided so please note that background music is currently not allowed in any of our public spaces.
Like all venues, we have restricted capacity in our public spaces and therefore presently we require advance booking.
