Dine on fresh local produce

Spé is the original Gaelic word for Spey and forms part of a language once spoken across the Highlands and now enjoying a modern revival. We gave our restaurant the name Spé to reflect a cuisine which takes the staple dishes of traditional Scottish Highland fine dining and gives them a fresh and exciting twist.

Our 4 course Tasting Menu reflects the seasonal produce available from across Scotland and is served with a finesse and style that finely demonstrates the very latest trends in Scottish cuisine. We are using only the finest local produce, so look forward to fresh salmon, wild venison from the slopes of Ben Rinnes, fresh lobsters from Lossiemouth and much more from a region that is rightly known as the 'larder of Scotland'.

If you wish to add to the Tasting Menu experience, we also offer the option of a whisky or wine pairing so please ask at the time if this is something in which you might wish to indulge.

Due to its seasonal nature, we aim to purchase produce that is available at that point in time from our suppliers and from local markets and, as such, we ask for notice of your preference for Spé at the point of reserving your table.
